"Pro: Perfect location, great rooftop 360-degree views, delicious coffee in the shop at the lobby, courteous staff, very clean. Early check in and late check out was a plus. Cons: Very small room, amenities weren't of use to us, step into and out of a low bed was not ideal. Did not realize there was a night club in the basement. Vaping clubbers set off the fire alarm at 4am and we had to briefly evacuate. We had a low floor room at the front of the hotel and street noise from people coming and going to and from the club was very disrupting. Bed and pillows were not particularly comfortable."

"Had a late check in by a couple of hours. They gave us a $50.00 food/drink voucher for the wait. Room was great-view was incredible. Cool vibe and clean. Comfy beds too!"
