"Me encantó este hotel. La ubicación es perfecta, justo en Manhattan y a minutos de todo. El desayuno en el restaurante estuvo divino. Además, tienen la facilidad de guardar el equipaje después del check-out y te asisten para solicitar transporte hacia el aeropuerto, algo que fue muy conveniente. El servicio tanto en español como en inglés fue excelente. Lo único que me hubiese gustado tener en la habitación era un horno microondas y una hielera, pero aun así la experiencia fue espectacular....

"The hotel is in a great location… Every staff member that we interacted with was friendly and polite and kind and seemed genuinely excited about doing their job… Which is incredible considering that the hotel was sold out for the weekend very busy at a very busy time of year and everybody was lovely and pleasant. Colette at the front desk… Katie in the Roxy club and bar… Timothy has a bartender at the oyster bar and Derek and Roger as front doorman and luggage assistance. "
