"My room was disgusting to be honest. Bedding was not clean, bathroom smelled so musty and the wall and tiles were falling apart. Had to keep the window open all night so there was fresh air and it wouldn’t smell, so I was quite cold and slept with a jacket on. I asked for a better room but none were available. Even the dirty bedding wasn’t changed when I told them about it. I was even asked not to write a bad review. Crazy bad experience for almost $200/night. Do not waste your money. Shocking...

"Not very clean, i would not recommend it. The area around the hotel is not very family friendly. No water available, no forks, no microwave, you just get unclean room, the person on the front was nice. Parking cross the street. I would not stay there "

"The breakfast was expensive so we had to go to the nearby Tim Horton's. Also, the vending machine (for the drinks) does not work. Nothing comes out. I think it's already empty. It should be checked every half a day or so"

"The owner was very helpful as we had a schedule change situation and when we requested if we could add extra day to our stay, they confirmed it ok right away. This location is good as walking distance to mall, food court, and train station.is about 20mins. Also close by are restaurants which is makes it convenient for eating out and have a nice quiet and relaxing walk back. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Bath soap Dove is a very nice touch! The dining and living room is small...

"The staff were friendly and offered a complimentary bottle of water and snack upon arrival. There was also a handwritten note in the room. The room was the cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed in recently. As the hotel is directly off the highway, it was quite loud but that’s no fault of theirs. Overall, a lovely stay. "
