"The breakfast on the first day had stale wheat bread. On the second it was white bread but at least it was fresh. The eggs and sausage were alright."

"I have to say I was soooo surprised at how comfee & cozy I was at this property. First of all it was the coldest day of the year & the staff was so accommodating & friendly. They allowed me to check in early, provided extra towels & blankets… it was clean & has a great free breakfast.. if staying in the poconos I’d highly recommend "

"Walked in and actually felt at home with the knick knacks on the counter and people having casual conversations with the receptionist and they let me leave my trailer parked locked up perfectly in front of cameras that they showed me would be the safest spot while I ran errands the next morning! Perfect place to stay and can't recommend enough!"

"staff was amazing and attentive as much as possible. missing ceiling tiles, broken water leak stained ceiling tiles. 2nd night out heater/ac unit was in cooling set to 73 with fan in auto. woke up 3:30am, room was 67 degrees and unit not responding to thermostat commands. at 4-4:30 went to front desk to see if they had main breaker access. NO. suggested moving rooms with all our stuff and our kid. i walked away without saying a word as she was respectful and not her fault. spent another 20 mins...

"Definitely needs an upgrade to both the interior and exterior. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Decor is old (prolly from the 70’s) and the outside is nothing fancy or special to look at. "

"So our stay was fine, but as far as bedding; the bed and pillows were horrible. The staff was great we had a hiccup with our TV was handled properly and very fast. Breakfast I did not get a chance to eat being on vacation I didn’t get up until 9:30A so think time for breakfast should have been until at least 10:00A. Location was good and again everything else was great. "

"Such a lovely stay and overall experience — definitely one I’d repeat. If you’re visiting in winter, there are a few things to keep in mind: make sure to read all the information they provide. If you plan to use the jacuzzi, start heating it as soon as you arrive so you can really enjoy it; same with the sauna. I think I’d even pay a bit extra if the heating were electric, but honestly, if you have the right attitude, lighting it yourself becomes part of the fun and the experience. I...

"Phone did not work, stains on the sheets, tub very slippery. The breakfast “included” was the worst thing I have ever come across for a hotel breakfast. Stereos were not lit, hot food just tepid;juice machine in pieces and not working, basic bread for toast. No bagels,peanut butter,jelly. Tiny little muffins. All the same flavor. Will not stay here again. There is a best western right next to this days inn. "
