Julia was especially outstanding in customer service, friendliness and very knowledgeable. She always has a smile on her face and her friendliness was great in a time of stress. Located north of San Francisco just south of the Napa and Sonoma wine country. Beautiful Mount Tam is nearby. Mount Tam is a wonderful scenic drive just a short distance from the Hotel."

It is great for families! There was a basketball court, huge pool, hot tub, fitness center, putting green and many other activities.
