"Everything was great!"

"There may have been like 2 hairs in the bathroom but the excellent staff made up for my experience. The staff was excellent and I felt safe in this neighborhood which was pretty important for a solo traveller."

"Hotel was nice enough, but the floors were sticky. Beds were clean, bathrooms were fine, and the room had a decent kitchen. But there were no utensils, cooking equipment, dishes, or anything that would come in handy for using a kitchen."

"We had an enjoyable three night stay at the Tru. It was a convenient location close to shopping, restaurants, and family. The only problem was that the last night my wife tripped in the parking lot over a parking block that was out of place cutting her hand in the process. Asking for first aid, a bandage, from a young lady worker, she paused and had me buy a package of bandages rather then just providing one for my wife. So please be aware of unattached parking blocks in the back parking area...

"Everything was great with the exception of not having an elevator. Awesome the breakfast was very limited. Serve the same thing every day, unlike most hotels that switch the meat up and the eggs."

"I booked handicap accessible room that was very spacious, clean, and beds were so comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was great for the two days we stayed."

"The room was generally clean--but there was a bad odor on the floor I stayed on and the threshold of my room smelled of cigarette smoke, despite the fact that it was a non-smoking room. The pool was being renovated. The breakfast was good. There was a huge crack in the bathroom counter in front of the sink and the shower nozzle had a mind of it's own sometimes, sliding up to hot-hot when I moved it to warm-hot. Also, there was no screen on my window--so I couldn't open it at night. I think there...

"The receptionist was very helpful with extra toiletries we needed, but our room had a very strong odor (humid) and it the restroom was poorly maintained. If you are in a budget this is it but if you are looking for comfortable stay I do not recommend especially with little ones."

"They checked us out a day early than we had booked had to get let back in room to get all of our stuff pack up in 5 minutes and leave they said they had no room available had to got another room booked that day luckily the Hampton inn was glad to take us they were great we had to do all this in an hour because we had to be at the Cracker Barrel 400 race in 3 hours"
