No matter though, I’m there to sleep and shower and that’s about it! "we only had one night but we have used this hotel before, easy check in very polite staff, nice room at front of hotel we had a meal in the bar which was very good and great service they stock a good range of drinks in the bar which we tried quite a few lol. loads of choice for breakfast. whats not to like we will return."

"For £60 a night I had a clean and comfy bed, a hot shower, and a tea and coffee station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Yes, it is a little noisy and crooked, but it's an old pub with normal pub hours so that's to be expected. I'm a female in my early 30s travelling on my own and I felt very safe and welcomed.
