"The property is okay if you’re using it for an overnight stay before boarding a cruise. It is definitely conveniently located to the cruise port. The staff was helpful with giving us the information for a taxi service which was affordable for a 6 passenger. We reserved it the night before. The hotel staff also had information about which port we would be leaving out of for our ship. Sky princess left out of mayflower 106. They don’t have amenities in the room such as a blow dryer but had one at...

"This was a comfortable stay with a good breakfast. We would come again!"

"No pool due to maintenance which was a real upset. Rooms were basic, clean and no issues for the price. We had ordered connecting rooms and had to ask for the door to be opened between them. Breakfast was good only negative was the coffee machine didn’t warm the milk. We tried 3 times and it was always the same. Good for one or two nights and free parking was a bonus."

"Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and lovely to speak to throughout our short stay. The hotel is immaculately kept and tastefully furnished. Our room was spacious (family room with a queen bed and bunk beds for our 2 children was a dream for them) and had great amenities. Bathroom was clean and basic toiletries were supplied along with shaving and dental kits. Enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommned."

"The bar staff need some serious training, terrible service on Saturday evening , staff looked like university students clueless and zero customer service The room was ok, lots of fluff and dust under the bed, no I didn't deliberately check, I dropped something and saw it, the shower cubicle needs a good scrub too! And no fridge in the room!"
