"Struttura a pochi passi dal lungomare. Veramente apprezzato il parcheggio gratuito. Molto comodo il balconcino interno. Le addette al ricevimento sono state molto utili nel darci informazioni Un consiglio: credo che una colonnina per ricaricare auto elettriche sarà molto apprezzata dai clienti."

"Lovely midsize luxury hotel in the center of Genoa, convenient to the Old Town and shopping precincts. In a beautiful old palace, the room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel doesn’t have amenities like a gym or a pool, but that didn’t matter for us. The staff were all great. We had bicycles and they could not have been nicer about storing them or helping us with them. Breakfast was excellent too."

"Overall the staying was ok. The big issue I found was on the Food and Beverage department. Went to the lobby/bar and waited for 10-15 minutes and nobody showed up. "Avevo prenotato tempo fa una camera doppia superior e ora, confrontando la camera che mi è stata assegnata durante il soggiorno, sembra più una economy /basic con un bagno piccolissimo, non troppo pulito e parecchio trascurato. Anche nella stanza c'era dello sporco negli angoli. Avevo prenotato anche la colazione ma non avevo nessuna mail di conferma dove c'era scritto e in reception mi hanno detto che dal sito Expedia non si capisce se la colazione è inclusa. Visto che non lo potevo...

"Super clean room.and bathroom. Close to train stations and central attractions. The girl that works there (forgot her name) she is very kind and professional. She was very helpful and made sure that we were very well settled. The person via WhatsApp also was very responsive and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Overall a great experience and 100% recommend. Beautiful and very convenient place to stay in Genova."

"This is a very cool hotel in a building built circa 1550, and some of the original frescoes remain. Inside, the rooms have been nicely renovated with a mid-century modern theme (the bathrooms are in a current style). The location in the historic city is very good, but finding the hotel that first time can be a challenge (my GPS pretty much had me walking in circles until I just used it as a map). The breakfast is very good and the hotels amenities-although limited-are nice."

"The room was nice and clean and the location was perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and in the middle of the old city. Parking was a little far, only 10 minute walk but not ideal when you have luggage, but at least they give you parking options and a discount which was appreciated. Service was very good. I would stay here again."
