"Very dry air and linen generate a lot of static charges. Have to add moisture in the coming days of our stay. Hope the hotel linen would be better material to avoid this problem. Everything else is great. Thanks"

"Good for the price this time of year"

"They’ve started renovations, but it’s still a really cool spot overall. The pool was decent—definitely seen worse, though it could use a vacuum. The hot tub looked great, but it was unfortunately out of order while they wait on parts. Staff was very friendly, which made a big difference. One downside was access—you can only enter through the main entrance, and all other doors are exit-only. That was inconvenient, but it seems like something the renovations should address."

"They had adult hours for the pool so we could swim without a bunch of kids. The staff was awesome. They texted me several times throughout my stay to see if there was anything we needed. The breakfast was full even though we got there about the middle of the time for breakfast. Staff made a very diligint effort to keep things stocked and clean. Thank you Holiday Inn for making our stay a good one."

"Although the property was built two years ago, it’s in the shape of a twenty year old hotel. The breakfast is worse than a fast food restaurants. The front desk staff were kind, but kindness doesn’t always get the job done best. We were excited to stay here again as our first stay was wonderful a year ago. We won’t be back unfortunately after this visit. "

"The pros: The full breakfast was delicious and had a large variety of items. Cheese omelettes bacon and sausage and premade mix to make your own waffles. There was cereal, danishes, bagels, and oatmeal as well. Unfortunately there were no allergy friendly options but it was well worth it for our family. The staff was excellent. "The staff at this hotel was truly exceptional. Welcoming, warm, great communicators, efficient. The location of this hotel is excellent for our family which was visiting for a high school swim tournament at the Holland Aquatic Center. We had room 302, which was perfect for our family for 4. Very spacious, comfortable beds, and excellent space for our family. We loved having the Koffee shop in the entry, and the walkability to downtown Holland."

"The linen had hair all in it. The bathroom towels and wash cloths had hair on them. The hallways stink and the bed was a platform bed. This hotel was nothing like the pictures. False advertisement all the way!!! The mattress was hard as hell and the pillow was flat and very thin. If you choose to stay at this hotel make it your last resort. Honest opinion. They lucky it was non -refundable."
