"Had been driving all day and was going through holland and quickly booked a night at this hotel. Upon getting to the hotel to check in, realized it somehow was booked for the next night accidently. Lady working the front desk was polite and said she needed to talk to her manager. Manager came out and was very rude and not willing to be of any help despite me being super upset and apologetic about the mistake. "This inn is beautifully kept and very convenient to most everything you want to do in Holland! Judy cooks an absolutely fantastic breakfast in the morning. Be sure not to miss it! "Check in staff was unprofessional and smelled of cigarettes. The ac unit was ridiculously loud and moldy. All the walls and furniture looked abused and the toilet ran all night. The bed was clean as far as i could tell, but hard as a rock. The room we got faced the street, which was busy at all hours of the night and there was no noise dampening at all, thin blinds and no curtains to block out all the noise. Apparently people also love there, and come down the halls yelling and fighting at 2 am,...

"How to start, I have stayed here in the past and it was great which is why I chose to return. Things have changed dramatically, let’s just start with I have to request to have my room cleaned, clean towels, linens and toilet paper. After 3 days I learned that and supposedly got the room cleaned except for the over flowing trash being emptied.
