"This was our first trip with our bulldog. The staff was so sweet with her! Our room was very comfortable and they had treats for our dog too. Everything was clean and the staff was always making sure everything was to our liking. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance too. Quiet area."

"It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. "A little overpriced for the area The beds the beds let me tell you about the beds they are in a old-fashioned bed frame attached to an old metal headboard that bangs against the wall even when you roll over so you can imagine the noise if you were doing more than sleeping that would be my biggest complaint with this room is the price and the loose bed in the 106 take the headboards off or something or charge list but thank you it was a fine state"

"Had a nice time. The TV stopped working the evening we got there. Contacted owner and tried to assist us over the phone, didn’t work. 7:30pm a gentleman came out, tried everything, ended up getting a new remote from storage and problem solved. Thank you kindly, Tom"

"WiFi didn’t work during stay. Pool on site is not a pool. Breakfast was not great at all. Check in was an hour late, I asked for an extra hour after check out because of this and then they charged me for it and stated they told me about it. They did not. And refuse to refund me"

"The view is right out into the harbour A quaint fish and Chips place next door No breakfast provided …. But a big safeway store is close to pick up muffins yogurt etc Old downtown buildings are close….. overall a good stay!"
