"The front desk staff was very helpful. It was late when I arrived and I hadnt eaten. They recommended a couple of restaurants that delivered, even provided the phone number. Cleaning staff did an excellent job as well. The parking was convenient."

"Room was pretty clean, staff provided clean towels almost very day , except one. Were there 5 nights and bed was never made or sheets changed. At least one sheet change would have been nice. Room was quiet and relaxing. We did not visit pool or workout room. Breakfast was not so good. Never saw a breakfast attendant. Every morning was sad dried out eggs and sausage. "We were greeted after a verrrry long drive at 12:30a.m. by one of the most welcoming staff you could have imagined. She quickly got us to our room and settled in. Room was exceptionally clean, bed so comfortable very quiet, and the breakfast in the morning was evelated beyond the typical continental breakfast/delish with even a berry waffle mix. I will stay here every time we are passing through! Thank you again, HIGHLY recommend"

"The room was dirty. Microwave had food splatters inside, and the outside was also dirty. Their was a broken table in the middle of the room with no chairs. Plumbing pieces laying on the floor under the sink, a choking hazard for little kids. Stains on the couch and desk chair. The TV was really dirty, with a sad attempt to clean it. The bed was as hard as a rock. Bugs in the stairway. We didn't even touch the breakfast, or pool. The restaurant attached to the hotel wasn't even open, looks like...
