"We stayed two nights in this hotel attending an event. The room was clean and very spacious but we did not like it overlooking the indoor pool as we had to keep our curtains closed all the time and turn on the lights during the day. I don’t understand why we were given this particular room when most of the hotel was empty during our stay. Also, on arriving the front desk insisted that they did not have our reservation. I booked this hotel a week before the trip and had all the paperwork with the booking confirmation. It took long to get checked it after they finally found the reservation. This should not happen and this is something Expedia should be looking into especially because we encountered the same issue in the other hotel during the same trip."
