"I get it that this property is a sustainable eco resort. But that said, there were some design and layout aspects of the room (hut) where we stayed that are quite uncomfortable and could even be downright dangerous. We stayed in a 2 level hut. One of the beds was at the lower level, and the bathroom/ toilet is on an open plan across from the bed. "the room had bugs and cobweb, the bathroom was not cleaned and prep for our arrival. it appears that there was construction done to the room prior to our arrival and no one clean up after they were done. there was no food and water on the property we had to walked downhill for i mile and hike back up the hill with water for drinking. the food that was served on the first night was staled and awful. therefore, we checkout early."
