"The hotel only has valet parking you cannot self-park, and it is expensive, A lot of noise from outside didn’t let me sleep very well. For two nights they have not cleaned the room which we do not like. The pictures look different. When I was there I did not like the installation at the hotel :(( I saw mold in the walk of the shower it was not totally clean."

"Parking was great, expensive but worth it. Stayed two nights on either side of a vacation. The first night I was moved because of no hot water. Followed by several minor icks. One was the less than amused check in desk. The second night there was a woman who was so irritatingly polite/rude. Yes, ma'am, I don't know ma'am with every answer. Got it--you hate your job and you hate questions. No place to plug in chargers. No change at desk for tips, no Tylenol, no nearby stores except "Pete's" ...

"Very nice room and great location. Views were gorgeous and bed was very comfortable. The location was great for walking around town. Had to ask the front desk to send someone to pick up room service trays in the hall - there were 4! Overall would recommend"

"The room was pretty clean, but there was a light stain on the bedsheet. The bathroom only had bar soap for both the sink and shower and it was extremely drying for the skin. The 24/7 cafe confused me because there isn’t an attendant at all times, and the options aren’t great. When there was an attendant in the morning, they weren’t very cheerful. The location was convenient as it is a 6 minute walk from the train station. To my knowledge there is no parking onsite."
