The staff were lovely and the 'Hotel' was conveniently close to the ferry and close to the City centre The staff were great, everywhere was clean and the ‘free’ breakfast was great. The issue with this property is basic maintenance. The shower was right next to the toilet where the water went straight onto the floor. The shower was very weak and took a long time to hear up. Even though there was a slight slope you would still get water around...

"We stayed here for two nights before our South Hampton Cruise departure. It was a great price compared to the prices near South Hampton Cruise Terminal. The staff was accommodating. They assisted us with getting a taxi from the mall back to the hotel. The Breakfast was really great. We had no issues checking in or out, they refunded the the hold on our card straight away. I would recommend."
