Staff was kind and always there if you needed something. The rooms were perfect for a family to be comfortable and have their own space. Able to cook. In the kitchen or walk to one of the many bar/restaurants around the area.

we had the traditional apartment for one night.Very clean. Very helpful staff, especially when we arrived early. Let us check in early. Nice big kitchen to cook in and the parking was right by the apartment. Very convenient location. Kids had a lot of fun!

All I have to say is Igor is the best manager/problem fixer and human being on the beach. Always a smile with an answer to your question. He will make it right no matter what. That is why I continue to rent from Nautical. Period!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean. Rooms were clean. The air conditioners worked but look unhealthy inside (?mold?). Gentleman from the office brought over a grill to use ❤️ Beds were decent. THE BACK PORCH however should have CAUTION tape at the door. It doesn't look safe. The front porch was great. The front stairs are sturdy, they are at such an angle that they're thin, more like one slat. We did have one guest slip, then a second one slipped as they tried to quickly help the first person. Just pay attention. I would rent again. Enjoy your stay.

Positive notes: beach house big enough for 4 people, close to beach Negative notes: dirty floors and walls, practically no kitchen amenities, no wine glasses or glasses at all, just a few coffee cups. No pots, just pans. No dishcloths or dish towels. Overall very expensive for what you get. On the corner so very noisy.

The location and proximity to the beach was amazing. The unit was a great size and would have gotten an excellent review. But one of the beds had a broken box spring (not discovered until sleepy time) so one occupant had to sleep on a futon. And that was not comfortable at all. They ‘fixed’ the bed the next day after bringing it up, however but that should have been noticed and taken care of prior to our stay. No reduction or compensation to the price of our stay. The shower also leaked water onto the tile floor, mentioned that too and was not taken care of properly, and leaked gain the next uses. No towels for kitchen at all either. Overall a good property with great potential, but basics were overlooked and made it less appealing after the fact.

Erin and Igor were so pleasant, helpful, and accommodating; I couldn’t recommend this booking more. Our reservation was perfect in every sense of the word, and we’ll be looking to book with them in the summer seasons moving forward!

The place was perfect for our family. A little loud due to clubs nearby but our host was very helpful and brought us a frying pan to cook eggs in the morning. Quick and easy check in.

it was nice except the water didn't run in the bathroom sink, the plumbing requires updating, beds were great, need to remove the sign at room 111 so customers can see the area.

Conveniently located, can see the boardwalk from the front porch!! More than enough room for 3 adults and 3 children. We arrived early (930am), planning to spend the day at the beach then check in. We stopped by the office to see if we could park at the location so we didn't have to move the car again, and to our surprise, they checked us in then!! Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone going up to Hampton Beach.

The overall property was nice but the room information was misleading. The picture shown when booking showed 2 beds that could sleep 4. When we got there we were given a 1 bedroom apartment with a pullout couch that was very old and very uncomfortable. I do feel like I didn’t get exactly what I paid for.

Convenient location

Convenient spot near beach. Male at check in was very nice. Close to many bars/restaurants and strip. Standing shower stall is too tiny. no little table to put stuff on inside any of the bedrooms. Not enough electrical outlets. No kitchen towel or paper towels to wipe your hands with in the kitchen sink. Someone was banging on our door at 3am, not sure what that was about. Overall, we liked it for the convenience of being right near the beach. Need some updating for sure would stay again for a night.
