"The staff was welcoming and friendly. They provided useful information and advice for making the most of our 3 day stay, including much appreciated maps of the French Quarter and downtown. We appreciated the safe parking. The courtyard was lovely. We had a king bed room overlooking the courtyard, which was comfortable. We loved our stay here!! The breakfast was ok. "

"Was billed for a checking-in 45 minutes early, kinda ridiculous , also was suppose to receive a daily food or beverage credit per day never received it towards my final bill."

"We had a great stay at the AC Hotel. The location right next to the French Quarter allowed us to walk almost everywhere we wanted to be and the trolley was also very close and available for farther distances. The staff was very helpful to all of our needs and went out of their way to get answers to questions for us, and to help us out as we planned our visit to New Orleans. "

"Unfortunately for four of the five days we were there we only had tepid water. Each day we asked when it would be fixed. We were told on day 3 that we may need to let the water run a half an hour before getting into it. That didn't help. On the last day as we were leaving, we finally had hit water. The safe did not work in our room. The tv wiring was dismantled and we had to reassemble it. Water stains on nightstand from previous guests."
