"Water did not get hot the first two days of the stay, but someone came and fixed it. Staff was helpful with this. Still didn’t get very hot, but better! Room was clean for the most part. You could tell the floors could use mopped."

"We decided to stay at this property because the price was reasonable compared to other options we were considering, and the reviews on Expedia were generally positive. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed the air conditioner was extremely loud. Combined with the TV’s volume being capped at 25, it was impossible to hear anything we were trying to watch. We eventually gave up because the constant noise from the AC made it so unpleasant....
