"This is a perfect property to stay at whether you are there for Busch Gardens, Historic Williamsburg, or William and Mary. Very good, quiet, and safe location. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable with a great choice of pillows. The pool offered good hours, 7am-11pm. Overall, an excellent value for the price. Would definitely stay at this property again. Also, less than two miles from the hotel, we would highly recommend Hohl Coffee. Everyone got a little something...

"Very clean, convenient to everything, breakfast was excellent and I’m already missing their fancy coffee machine."

"Staff cordial and friendly. Bed was very good. You can tell when a lot of improvements were made to the room. One charming feature was the closet was located under the TV and you had to bend down to use it Three drawbacks: Pillows were terrible very big and hard. After the 4th night I got a crook in the neck Also, the toilet was too low and the shower drain was not lower so the used water did not drain off quickly."

"Upon initial check-in, they placed us in a 1st floor room by the dining area that had an overwhelming musty-smell. The carpet was wet and there was a considerable amount of black mold growing on the ceiling. I asked for a different room and we were placed on the 4th floor. That room was acceptable, clean, smelled clean and the beds were very clean."

"Staff great, the rooms needs alot of help. Tub wouldn't drain. No hot water at first. Place needs a total up grade. The pool didn't open till noon!!!! Very quite and close to every thing we needed to go. But will not stay there again."
