"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, excellently located, super friendly and helpful staff and the bed was comfy. No noise from the busy road the hotel is situated on which was a concern when arriving, but needn’t have been. Would definitely return!"

"Wi-Fi was not working at all. Bed was too soft on the side. Pillows were not comfortable. Room is not soundproof. I can clearly hear other people coughing in the next room. Other than these, it was a pretty good hotel. Location is perfect. Room is clean and spacious."

"I have stayed at this hotel a half dozen times now, and it is my go to in San Francisco. The location is perfectly central, right next to the Chinatown gate and just between Union Square and the financial district. The immediate neighborhood has walkable conveniences ranging from neighborhood markets to coffee shops and lovely small restaurants - particularly several French cafes and bistros. All is always spotlessly clean, safe, and quiet, and prices are a good value for SF. I recommend...

"The remodeled hotel is beautiful and the location is very good, right on Union Square. The Post restaurant has a nice happy hour and we had a delicious breakfast there. The room was well appointed and the bedding comfortable.
My only complaint was the room cleaning. They made the beds and cleaned the bathroom as expected but failed to clean the coffee area and replace the complimentary coffee pods and water. When I alerted the front desk they did take care of it promptly."
