"I forgot an art print here in my room. $50 Print. A normal hotel you could call somebody because housekeeping would turn it into lost and found. With this place, the email for customer service returns as doesn’t exist. The phone number direct you to the website which has no way to talk to anybody. So because they have absolutely no contact with their customers, I am out of $50 art print from my vacation. And that absolutely sucks. It was a small but acceptable room for what you pay. "This is our favorite hotel in Chicago. The only thing that was different on our last trip was the parking garage next door. It is under new ownership, and they made it very difficult to leave and come back, even though we bought a three-day pass with in-and-out privileges. The management at Claridge House is aware of the situation and is working on a solution. "
