"Great location"

"My only complaint is being taken advantage of when I had a last minute schedule change due to a baby arriving 3 days early. I would understand paying an inconvenience fee, but paying for nights I’m not using, on top of the charges for the stay, is a little ridiculous. I know it’s a corporate issue, not a location issue, but it will make me look to other hotel chains from now on. Corporate needs to do better. As far as the location goes, it was a great stay with friendly, helpful staff."

"Could never get a person to answer the front desk. When we asked for late check out, they were resistant and made the request feel difficult. When we were checking out, we asked if they were full and they commented not at all, so I didn’t understand why us asking for an hour later checkout was an issue. The staff was rude in every encounter. "

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and fresh. Staff was cooperative and courteous. There were a lot of young kids on the weekend staying at the hotel and the staff was constantly replenishing fresh breakfast, but, one person could have intermittently checked and cleaned the sitting area as well. Just a suggestion. Otherwise everything was great. "

"I travel on 04/1/26 I’ve book aloft different city never had problems first my sister room dirty trash in the floor had to asks if they could vacuum, then the air didn’t work so they had to move to another room, I’m pretty sure whoever had that room before had the same problem, my room had dead bugs and trash in the floor the manager said they were going to credit me it’s been over a week haven’t seen no credit i called they keep saying no manager in they lying you not going to run a hotel...

"place could definitely use a deep clean. smell was a bit off and rooms had a must scent. thin sheets, but luckily brought my own blanket from home. breakfast was the exact same every day and wasnt worth me paying extra to stay here over motel 6 down the street. staff was super nice tho. id consider again if i just need a place to sleep and shower kinda thing but wouldnt count on the breakfast. wasnt something i could enjoy daily on my 1 week stay. Great location, close to everything i needed"

"Room smelled terrible until ran ac half hour,room was decent and for where located next to I-35 was actually quiet overall ok but for price could have not smelled and been cleaner, that being said I would stay again Staff was great"

"This place is affordable for a family traveling with children. It's nice that it has a kitchen but there was no trash can in the kitchen or the restroom nor soap anywhere. This place didn't have pots and pans for cooking either which youd figure they would provide since they have a kitchen. It's a very outdated hotel but you can tell they are remodeling. There's no staff on hand from night to morning. There are odor issues in the hallways and elevator. I would still stay here again because...
