"The only inconvenience was during certain hours the elevators were basically at a stand still. Other than that everything was great"

"I was exhausted coming from early morning flights. A customer was ranting and raving about the poor condition her room was in. The staff member didn’t acknowledge me and allowed the customer to complain. The customer finally left after 5 minutes. I found it extremely rude not to acknowledge me. The room floor was sticky. The elevator smelled of rancid piss for a day. I didn’t have enough towels."
