"No tissues in the bathroom!"

"The guy who checked us in was no help out all. Was in a rush it seemed like even though no one else was in line. Then didn't answer the phone when we asked for sheets for the second bed. We called twice and went down. The room was 77 degrees when we got in and took 1 to 2 hours to cool down. Breakfast options were not great. The guy who checked us out asked how things were and he kind of brushed us off when we complained as well"

"Terrible experience and will never stay at this hotel again. Staff is untrained and frankly useless. Front desk doesn't know how to use the software, housekeeping staff left room dirty and the staff in the restaurant were truly useless. Bartender could make drinks correctly, food was awful. Then they couldn't proces my credit card. Took the on duty manager nearly 15 minutes to come and address. Staff was completely untrained and it was obviously. Management should be fired."
