"The space wasn’t very clean, so many bugs everywhere, cobwebs in the corner and stained sofa/seat. The view was nice but not worth the hike all the way up and down each day. There was no bus and it was very hard to get a taxi. I would recommend staying closer to the town if you’re taking the ferries. "

"The property lost electricity - reported it early morning at 8.43am and still had no electricity 24hours later. With kids and family this was difficult - I’ve made a video and chased and chased with no comms -they asked us to turn the fuse on at the fuse box in the basement! very unhelpful. We had to locate a hotel room for one night - it was the 2nd day before we got electricity. Do not use unsafe and unhelpful"

"Alt i alt et fint opphold. Lys og fin leilighet, men trang oppgang med lang og smal trapp. Tett sluk på bad og var litt fuktig og dårlig luft i innerste soverom/bad. Hagen ser finere ut i annonsen enn virkeligheten. Ellers velutstyrt og ren og fin leilighet"

"Great property in the heart of Varenna. Close to ferry and everything. Very clean and as listed. Cons- very noisy due to the boat shop and restaurant below. Communication was only by phone if you have questions however they have great customer service and speak English.No toilet paper or tissue paper included. Little tricky locating toilet paper in this small city. This should be listed on the ad to come prepared. Go to the store next door to the binari( train station) cafe to pick Toilet paper...

"The location where the apartment is located was under construction with constant noise and construction debree. The balcony as depicted on the picture falsely mirrors the reality. This location definitely did not meet our expectations, for the money we paid. Not recommended."
