"Great location, clean apartment. The toilet's lights were not working"

"Be aware that you don’t get any in person contact through out the whole stay. You either message via Expedia or call the corporate office or through WhatsApp. If the initial supply of the toilet paper runs out, you will have to buy the toilet paper yourself. No washer for the room I stayed, although Expedia listed it as one of the amenities. Room is extremely basic, you can sleep and take shower. Only folding chairs are available. If you want sitting comfortably, you’ll have to use your bed. The...

"The view from this room was really pretty overlooking the lake. It is just up the hill from the train station and the town so easily walkable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the host was very communicative. We were able to drop our luggage off at a sister property as we arrived earlier than the 2 o’clock check-in and didn’t want to tote everything up and down the hills. The balconies were an added bonus."

"Trevligt bemötande och rent o fräscht! Glöm inte att meddela om ni kommer med bil."

"The view is spectacular. Additional instructions on where the unit located in the whole complex. Provide instructions on how to get there from Varenna train station by bus as in our case taxi and Uber were not available at the time, Google maps did not show the bus option, walking with luggage is not an option as it's a long steep and winding road. Tip: take the bus at the station, bus stop located at the end of the parking lot, get off at Perledo-Bologna stop and walk down to the propery."

"This property is in a great location! It is spacious and has comfortable space and a comfortable bed. The main issues were, no hand soap at either sink, no dishwasher liquid to wash dishes and no extra toilet paper or garbage bags. There were 5 small body wash/shampoo packets and one laundry detergent pod for two people for 5 nights. When asked, the response was that they are not a hotel. Ant spray was under the sink and needed as many small ants were crawling about the apartment. Our...

"The view of the lake was spectacular and it was clean. Everything else was sub par. The condition of the property is a borderline fixer upper. Walls need painting. Concrete deck is stained with mildew. No toilet seat. Damage to walls and doors and multiple locations and other cosmetic issues. We arrived during check-in hours and had trouble with the lock box. We called two different numbers and no one picked up. We were finally able to get the lock box to pop open - not sure where we would...
