Apartemen di Provinsi Panamá

"We stayed for one night as a family of five. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smell of fresh paint, which the gentleman at reception did mention. However, with no windows or proper ventilation, the fumes were overwhelming and negatively affected our stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests."

"This is for apartment 48B - I sent my flight information to the management team well in advance letting them know my arrival time. They didn't leave the key with the Yoo staff and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring it to me (9pm). I booked a 9 day stay, bought groceries, and discovered the oven wasn't working. Management told me to use a long handled light to ignite the gas stove!!! I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that. They sent someone over to look at it and he...

"The picture I was shown of the property I was supposed to receive was not at all close. There is no staff on site it was difficult to find and when I called for help there was no communication. The property was just outside of Casco Viejo's legal perimeters and was in an extremely dangerous part of town. As a matter of fact thank goodness I found a trustworthy local to help me find the property, because while I was lost trying to find the space I was walking down Alleyways and streets that he...

"The location was perfect for our stay. Communicating with the host was also a breeze and we were able to enjoy all that the place had to offer. Swimming pools and although my kids are already grown up (they think) they still used the swing and playground area. The shops nearby also came in handy. All and all once I gl back to Panama City, this is where I will stay!"

"Everything was great!! Would definitely book again on my next trip to Panamá"

"Perfect"

"Had issue with the maintenance of the property, there were several issues. Toilet leak, ants and mold on the wall in the living room. Overall the response from the property manager was slow to respond and not apologetic, we had to move to a hotel halfway through our stay. They lost our second room reservation we had made for a family member, but it turned out to be a blessing. It is a beautiful building, with amazing views and great decor, but this property needs to be better maintained in order...

"There are properties with similar names so be mindful because taxi still took us to the wrong place despite us being specific about where we were going. The property had everything included in the pictures however, it was a bit aged e.g. couldnt sit in one of the chairs as the base wasnt supported, also could use a deep clean and polish of furniture. The wifi was horrible - it only worked in the living room area if at all and wasnt a good connection. Also dont think the pool location was...

"I would highly recommend, the service I received was impeccable and just a wonderful experience! I was a bit hesitant regarding the location but once I got there, it turned out to be perfect. The concierge staff was such a pleasure to work with especially ‘Jerry’, who provided recommendations and information. This was such a blessing to us. I would stay here again in a heart beat. It’s a must stay!"
