"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. When we arrived and checked the bed, it was obvious that the bed sheets had not been properly cleaned or changed from the previous guests. This was completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable about the cleanliness standards of the hotel. We had to contact the front desk and request a different room immediately. While the staff eventually changed our room, this situation should never have happened in the first place....

"The condo itself was clean, the building was nice, and the location was definitely the best part of the stay.
