"The room view was beautiful. The wine was thoughtful. However, most of the staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed during interactions. The night staff was nice though.
I also had a towel with two dark large face prints makeup on it. It was quite alarming stepping out of the shower to find. At checkout, I was offered to waive a service fee which I didn’t realize was even applied.
We didn't get the opportunity to use the amenities. After the shower incident, we were turned off. Cleanliness is...

"I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances. The listing is completely misleading—the photos make it look like a spacious one-bedroom, but it's actually a tiny studio.
The worst part was the bathroom light. It didn't work from the moment we arrived. We reported it multiple times, were repeatedly promised it would be fixed, and no one ever showed up. We spent our entire stay with no working bathroom light, making it nearly impossible to get ready.
The problems didn't stop there....
