"Hotel was okay. Staff was good. The first guy, the baggage guy, was rude. Food was good, though the first day's dinner was almost impossible to get. Many people were looking for food but the waiting time was terrible. Room service was off and buffet restaurant was closed. The beach was dirty, lots of weed. The tractor was loud almost all day cleaning the beach. We were welcomed by a guy setting us up for a membership scam. He wasted almost half of our day. This is one of the reasons I won't go...

"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."

"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"I chose this hotel because it said “newly renovated “ on the ad. When we got into the room, the room was so old and dirty full of mosquitoes. Bathtub was so old and not maintained for a long time so it created lots of black particles. It was so disgusting. There was very stinky smell in the washroom. And the buffet menu definitely needs to be improved. We stayed seven nights and eight days and the foods were served exactly the same. We had been to other resorts before and they provided different...

"This was a beautiful hotel with lots of charm, sweet animals, and a quiet and peaceful vibe. The room was spacious and clean; very good value for the price. Food was not available on demand so bring snacks, and be prepared to wait for assigned meals and dinner times. The full menu was not available.
