"This property was really pretty and the staff were all so nice and most spoke well in English. The pools were beautiful with the mountain as a backdrop and we spent lots of time in the game room playing pool and ping pong. Everything looks new and tastefully designed with some new amenities coming soon (I think someone said tennis courts?) but the work was being done with hand tools and never intruded on the peacefulness of our quiet vacation. The private beach was so quiet with chairs and umbrellas and cold beers available. It is about a 2 min golf cart ride to the beach but someone is always ready to bring you there with a smile and recommend one of the amazing beachfront restaurants (we were treated like royalty!) On Saturday night they played fun, upbeat music by the pool. It’s the best time to visit the rooftop pool if you are prone to burning in the daytime. Thanks to all for making our getaway so enjoyable!!"

"Dear Management, I am writing to formally express our deep disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was absolutely terrible and far below any acceptable hospitality standards. The main and most serious issue was the condition of the ocean and beach area. The ocean was completely unswimmable — the water was muddy, had an unpleasant smell, and there were constant large waves. In addition, the beach itself was extremely dirty, with plastic bottles and trash everywhere. The overall condition was honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable for a resort destination. Another major issue was the cleanliness throughout the hotel, especially in the dining areas. The food service conditions were unacceptable: plates, glasses, utensils, and other items frequently appeared dirty and had unpleasant odors. After eating at the buffet, we both suffered from diarrhea for two days and did not feel comfortable eating there again for the remainder of our stay. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We are extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality, cleanliness, and overall conditions provided. Unfortunately, after this experience, we would never consider returning to your hotel and cannot recommend it to others. Sincerely, Yury Zhavoronkov"
