"Thr grounds are amazing. The room was okay, no microwave, so you have to rely on the food of the resort. The food at the resort was not great. Very expensive for average food. We left the resort everyday to get food."

"Room was clean but it was noisy. The pool steps had slime on them. I reported the slime to a staff member. Nothing was handled and a fellow hotel guest slipped on the steps and had to be taken to ER. The umbrella's by the pool need to be secured in heavy containers or secured on the inside to prevent the wind picking them up and hitting your guests. The bar tender had a bad attitude. Not friendly to be a poolside bartender. Also, no one informed us that we could get lunch poolside. We had to heavily search it out. This should have been more highlighted especially since we arrived post ship departure and too early to check in. I do appreciate that the desk staff were friendly, welcoming and did tell us we could utilize the facilities and store our luggage until room available at 3:00 pm. Bed was comfortable however it was a queen bed on a king frame and so my husband kept hitting the frame with his shins. Need Queen bedframes for Queen beds or King beds for the King frame. Someone is going to injure themselves. The decor was lovely. The food was good. The pool and sitting was lovely and inviting. However, as said previously it needed some maintanance. Overall, this was a much better option for us compared to another hotel was had stayed at for similar cost. "
