I was already at the gate and he personally brought the phone to TSA and a security agent to coordinate and transfer. He would not accept any gratuity or measure of material gratitude. "I stayed at Costa Bahía Hotel several times and the have no complaints. They serve free breakfast, the rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, the casino was small in size and it could have more machines with better payouts."

"Un lugar centrico en Mayagüez, puedes ir caminando a la panaderia mas cercana, restaurantes y plaza pública. Tiene estacionamiento. El personal te trata con mucha amabilidad, respeto y cortesía. Las habitaciones en perfecto estado al igual que la posada. Pero digo en perfectas condiciones es q no tiene pintura en mal estado ni nada. Es increible. Te brindan hielo, te dan cafe en la mañana, siempre hay alguien 24/7. Puedes dormir tranquilo pq te sientes seguro y no hay ruido que moleste a pesar...

"Figured we'd stay in Mayagüez for a night and then head over to some waterfalls in the general area. I don't usually gravitate towards hotel chains, but the island is still on the mend from the storm of '17 and earthquake of '20, and Holiday Inn is doing a pretty good job of presenting well maintained and comfortable properties around the island. Bed was comfortable, room and facilities were in good shape, and it was easy access to grab a bite to eat in town. I'd stay there again."

"The location and views are excellent. The rooms are comfortable. However, upon arrival, the staff was not very friendly. We got there a bit early and had suitcases but the only option for us to hang out at the pool area was to bring our suitcases outside with us. I asked for the WIFI pw at the front desk and was told that there wasn't WIFI available. The next morning, we went to use the pool but it was shut down for maintenance."

"This property is outstanding! It is beautiful and well maintained. You really never have to leave the property because the amenities are so wonderful. The entire place is cleaned ongoing and the staff is attentive; you want for nothing. We dined at every one of the restaurants and the spirits and food are superb. The four pools and hot tub were relaxing. The rooms were well appointed and the beds were comfortable. Let alone the cleaning staff attended to your every need graciously. Well worth...
