"such a fun, safe, family friendly hotel! super close to the airport and the beach!! the walk from the hotel is about 10 minutes, not bad at all, and when you get to the beach they have towels, umbrellas, and chairs for hotel guests! the beach was beautiful and the water was so pretty and blue! there is a pharmacy/store on the way which was perfect for grabbing drinks, snacks, boogie boards, etc! we spent hours at the pool it was clean and the poolside bar/ restaurant was delicious and the staff...

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and hot tub were a beautiful add on with city views along with ocean views. The rooftop pool top bar and sitting area was very stylish. The hotel is so close to ocean water it might be a 5 minute walk from hotel door to the ocean water. Hotel is very clean and well kept. The room was great and stocked with everything you will need. I will be returning to this property before hurricane season starts. No need for a car with the grocery...

"The daily resort fee of $111 should be clearly disclosed during check-in. I honestly don't see the benefit of such a high fee. Many hotels have pools and beachfront access without charging an additional amount like this. You don't even provide complimentary bottled water in the room, let alone the level of service expected at a resort of this caliber, but somehow I was charged for these. The hospitality was mediocre, and at times it felt like the staff didn't give us the same experience as...

"When I got to my hotel the cleaning lady gave me the keys to my hotel room I opened it and it was dirty so then I told the staff about they both apologized for it and gave me a room that was clean. I was a bit upset because I had already paid an early check in fee to be checked in at 1 but we didn’t get our hotel until 1:30. But other than that problem it was I good stay 7/10."
