"Our stay at La Esmeralda was absolutely wonderful. We spent 2 nights here and I loved the location to the airport and Old San Juan. It’s close to everything! The room was well kept with AC on when we arrived. Check in and Check out process was so efficient and easy. Even provided free secure private parking. There was a dog next door that barked at night. "Loved this place! It was very beautiful and the check-in instructions were clear and easy. It was also pretty close to the airport and lots of great restaurants. It had everything you could need during an extended trip - so I wish we could have stayed here longer. I really liked the outside soaking tub. They even left us a bath bomb to use. "

"We were only there for a short stay but the check in was easy and the woman was super friendly. We had gotten off of our ship early in the morning and the hotel let us keep our luggage there while we explored the city before our check in time. That was amazing!
