The resort is spacious and never felt crowded. The room was clean and well situated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was always fully stocked at Don Rafael and items were varied and tasty. The Asian restaurant was also very good with no wait. Mezcal pool bar is where it’s at!! ...

Paradise Village Beach Resort and Spa
The maid did not leave towels, soap, and toilet paper some days. The pool concierge just takes your towels and clothes and moves them, and is very rude.
