The pools were lovely and clean. Loungers were comfortable and shaded with umbrellas. Large clean towels were available. The staff were available, but not pushy. Drinks were offered.

Check in process is great and as you would expect. Breakfast was included on our stay and it was buffet style. Could have been better but what was there was ok. Nothing special but you won’t go hungry. The reason for the 3 star is in the maid service. It was spotty at best. We were supposed to have turn down service every night which should have included water but we only received water 2x and on some days the room was t even cleaned dispite the “clean the room” sign being on the door This hotel is never too busy and the staff are lovely and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back

Grand Miramar was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The property is beautiful, quiet, and incredibly clean, such a romantic setting. The view is panoramic and can be viewed from every inch of their property! Our room was huge, and we especially loved spending mornings and evenings out on the deck watching the sunsets. The pools were refreshing and very well maintained, with super comfortable lounge chairs. The robs, the linens, the towels are perfectly white and great quality! Breakfast was delicious with lots of great options, and the drinks were excellent too. What really stood out was the staff, they were so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. It truly made the experience feel top notch. If you’re looking for a peaceful, romantic getaway, this is absolutely the place. We took a cab into Zona Romántica once a day (about $8 USD each way plus tip), which was easy and convenient. The pink flowers around the property, even the ones drifting into the pools, made everything feel even more beautiful. It was honestly breathtaking. My husband and I would definitely recommend staying here!💕

Amazing views and a beautifully maintained hotel with an excellent restaurant. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The property sits high on a substantial hill, so walking to the beach takes about 30 minutes and reaching the Romantic Zone is closer to an hour on foot. Fortunately, taxis and Ubers are inexpensive and typically get you to the restaurants and bars in under 10 minutes, making them the most convenient way to travel between the hotel and town.

Beautiful hotel, elegant, clean and the service was phenomenal. Breakfast was delicious and the waiters in the breakfast restaurant were always pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping was impeccable. The bell boys went above and beyond to assist with our every need from taxis to restaurant recommendations and directions to local places to visit . Alberto is the best. Just can’t say enough about this hotel, don’t think twice just book it .

Wonderful week long stay at the Grand Miramar! Staff were so friendly, the place was gorgeous, clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend to people looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in PV, nice and quiet area with a breathtaking view. It’s worth the uber rides or shuttle.

Great location. Unbeatable panoramic view of the bay, tranquility of the neighborhood, and closeness to zona romantica (with taxi or uber). Staffs are friendly and helpful. We had breakfast buffet a few times, the wait staffs manage to remember our personal preferences rather quickly. Turn down service is provided every night. The facility is not at its prime but clean. The grounds are very well kept. Pools are perfect size for kids. Overall very positive experience for a family vacation.

This property is really beautiful. And the staff are wonderful. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a coffee shop on site and you get the buffet breakfast and for lunch or dinner can order from their restaurant for a cost. The pools are lovely. And the view is wonderful. It’s really nice and quiet up in the mountain compared to the rest of Mexico. The kitchen in the suite is great, but you get no pan or utensils to cook with even tho there is a hot plate area. We were told we would get new water bottles everyday with room service, and although we didn’t ask for service everyday, the days we did…no water. So we continually had to buy water in town. The food is sub par. Overcooked, and sorely lacking salt continually. We were there 16 nights and everyday was pretty much the same breakfast items minus a couple things here and there that they would change up. Everyday was the same fruit, same overcooked pancakes and overcooked waffles. That being said you can order from the kitchen an omelette or other eggs and toast or bacon etc. The guacamole off the lunch menu was tasty but continually we got chips that would break your teeth. If you don’t mind having to take a taxi or Uber into town continually or a good hike up and down a mountain then this is a place to visit. Ubers weren’t that much to get to town and would come fairly quickly. All in all it was a nice stay. But for us the food was really a reason to not come back.

Rooms: cleans as expected. Spacious and comfortable. Service: I had high expectations due to the reviews read prior coming. However, 30 per cent of staff was cordial, 70 per cent was not our just the average. I felt mislead by the person responsible for the tours. I requested the tour to Islas Marietas, since it was my birthday and I wanted to visit that unique place as it showed in the ads. It was so disappointing when I was snorkeling and when asked about the "La Playa Escondida" and was informed that was a different tour, with a completely different name despite being at Islas Marietas. There is cirque du Soleil here and when I asked for the price, the girl changed the subject, trying to sell a different local tour. I was never informed about the cirque du Soleil When we went for our first breakfast day, when entering the room, the staff called us in front of everyone saying that we needed to sign the papers. Very rude for a 5 Star Hotel. When going to the pool bar, we wanted to shower first. There's a huge shower in front of the pool. However, we cannot open ourselves, we depend on someone to open it, that doesn't pay attention that we are waiting to shower. We need to figure out how to use it and ask the staff, that are there and don't open it without asking. In regard to the hydromassage. It is supposed to work until 9 pm. Only one out of four was working and nobody was there to support and make it work.

Dans l’ensemble tout était très bien. Cependant légère odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain de notre suite. Petit déjeuner style buffet est excellent. Possibilité d’obtenir sur demande des petits déjeuners « sur mesure » style omelette, bacon , œufs miroir, pains multigrains ect.. et ce sans extra. Service rapide et efficace.

I give it four stars. I’ve been going to Grand Miranar for many years. Overall site is well maintained and clean, staff is friendly. food is phenomenal. There is not as many staff as in years past, house keeping, pool area. You can see where they have cut costs paper napkins vs cloth, complimentary water is COSTCO bottled water. Other than that I had a great time as usual.

The hotel is very nice, but getting there is a bit of a pain. A long cobblestone road up a hill. Once you are there, everything is very well done
