The place was nice when we arrived. There was an issue with our room. We did not have electric electricity for about two hours when we arrived. We arrived there at 4 PM and the power was out due to some construction and it was not back on till 6 PM. The staff was pretty good they would follow up. The only thing that I disliked was the pushy sales tactics regarding a presentation that takes about two hours with a breakfast and they try to throw in some perks like a discounted massage. You have to be plain and just tell them no unless you are interested in the presentation besides that the hotel was in good shape. It was very clean. The butler was very good. He would reach out to me a couple times per day. Also, our Jacuzzi was not working for about a day. I did contact them about that and they did send somebody to fix it. It was pretty fast, but I’ve stayed at many five star resorts and never experienced anything like this with the no electricity and then the Jacuzzi not working, but besides that the place is definitely good but I would go back and maybe try another one. The sister resort is maybe a five minute trolley ride and you can see the ocean or be in the ocean, but the beach there is not very nice. It has a lot of rocks.

Hotel Mousai knocked it out of the park. The staff was on point and made sure we were completely taken care of. The roof top pool was an amazing place to hang out during the day. The drinks and food up there were amazing. The restaurants were top notch! Misika and Blanca Blue were our personal favorites. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner Hotel Mousai has you covered for anything you crave. I could not be happier with our experience and thank the staff for helping us celebrate our wedding anniversary. We will be back!

Hotel and the grounds are beautiful. Trolly picks up and drops off around grounds and even down to Garza Blanca. Food amazing as usual. For the first time in 4 stays my guest check in was not pleasurable. Once we got our brackets we were asked to go over and sit at the desk so they could talk bout reservations and all that. It’s a timeshare presentation. We’ve always declined and had no problem with them saying no problem if you need anything just call. This time we were told we had to sit down, my wife said no thank you we had a long day traveling and would like to go to the room, we were told it’s my job so just sit down. We sat down and she went into making dinner reservations, it was already 630 and once again we told her we just wanted to go shower. She then asked if we could come back down after we showered. We declined. That was the only negative experience we’ve ever had here. The rest of the stay was amazing and all the staff were amazing

Very scenic views, we stayed in the north building. Food was delicious and room service was very convenient. Staff was very friendly. The ONLY thing we did not care for was the staff trying to "sell" things, although they say it's not selling. Check- in was about 20 minutes longer bc of the promoting of excursions and such, then they wanted us to come to breakfast the next morning for another promoting. What really upset my husband and I was when they called our room the next morning trying to "sell" again. Very tacky for such an upscale place.

This is not a 5 diamond property. The hotel is outdated. The construction is next to the hotel and on the beach. The beach is 10min drive on a trolley to the adjustment hotel. Customer service is hit and miss. No activities or entertainment whatsoever. the beach is dirty but swimmable.The hotel is located remotely, 30min drive from the city.

Me resbale en el cuarto y sufri un corte junto al ojo y me hicieron firmar para ellos no hacerse responsable. No fueron ni para ofrecer transporte al hospital. Nosotros lo pagamos de nuestro bolsillo! Me indicaron que me podian cobrar una cantidad muy grande para atenderme con el hospital de ellos, Drcidimos buscar atencion medica por nuestra cuenta. Mientras yo sangraba profusamente de la cara todavia me regresaron del taxi a llenar otros formularios. Nos parecio una falta de empatia y Humanidad tremenda. No se si a todos los clientes los trataran igual, aunque soy Americana/Mexicana, No tengo tez blanca ni ojo azul. La atencion que recibi? Una vendoleta y que nos llamaran un taxi la cual tampoco ofrecieron pagar! Merece una publicacion en Facebook minimo! Lo estoy pensando!!!!!
