This place is in a great location if looking to stay in the Zona Romatica! Room was a little small, but clean. Service was great and food was good (request Marcel in the restaurant-very friendly and your drink will never be empty)! Make note that this is a VERY family oriented property and kids will be everywhere. Pool seating is limited, and usually taken by families. But there are a lot of seating, and waiters, on the beach. Would stay here again!

Playa Los Arcos is a wonderful place for an all over experience. The staff are well trained and very friendly. The hotel is a little older, but very well maintained and clean.

The lobby, pool and restaurant was nice. Our room was old and smelled of mildew. A bit of a hazard with a step up into the bathroom and the arch design between bedroom and kitchenette is dangerous with having to duck to get around the corners.

Check-in was smooth, the restaurant and the food options for the all inclusive were incredible. The staff were very attentive and so kind, we felt just like home. One thing we didn’t like too much was the smell in the room, it was an intense moldy smell and they were remodelling some rooms so I assume they are working on this matter to fix it. Other than that, this hotel is incredible. Fridays are BUSY, so expect the place to be full, specially the pool and restaurant. Lots to do around the area, there’s always something fun to do.

Amazing staff and as a woman traveling solo I felt very safe, welcome and comfortable. The rooms were lovely, I was changed to a different room and it had a wonderful view and overlooking the ocean. I’ll be back again, I looked at other resorts and this was by far the best!

This hotel is conveniently located to many attractions. We loved being so close to the beach! The staff were all friendly, there was a good selection of food. The rooms could use some updating. It was quite noisy for us as our room was situated along the streets. Overall it was a good stay.

My wife and I did all inclusive and there was always some food that we liked. Drinks were good and service was readily available. The hotel was a bit dated but that added to the charm of it. Location was fabulous. We hiked south along the cliffs and never felt it was unsafe anywhere. Our main complaint was if you spend the day on the beach loungers you will be constantly getting vendors every few minutes. Great place good times

An amazing property right in the heart of zona romantica. While the rooms are quite dated and small, they appear to be slowly making upgrades. Did not use the all inclusive very much but was nice to have around if needed. The location is what makes this property worth it, right on the ocean with a designated lounging area, while being right downtown is perfect. We will absolutely visit next trip to pvr and just upgrade our room.

Great location but disappointed with the property quality and the “all inclusive” status. Maybe I misunderstood what all inclusive means but in previous experiences, we have access to all restaurants with reservations. We were given a voucher for 2 nights of reservations at the same restaurant that the buffet is located in. We only had access to the buffet which made us both quite sick on day two. We stopped eating at the resort entirely besides pastries and fruit we could peel for breakfast. We were only allowed two bottles of water per day that were put in our room or else we had to pay. I tried to order a corona and was told that was not included in our “all inclusive” package. Mixed drinks from the bar came from the soda gun and we could only have the two types of beer on tap. When accessing the snack bar we would get mixed information from different staff, some days we could have guacamole and salsa and on other days the staff said it was part of the menu only not for “all inclusive”. The pool loungers had visible dirt lines indicating they were never cleaned. The resort advertises three pool areas but it’s essentially one. The adult only pool is the size of a hot tub and was quite dirty. There was mold in the grout. The pool was closed for 3 days of our stay for maintenance. I appreciate that the resort takes time to maintain the pool but notice of this service before our trip would have been nice. Walls are thin in rooms with large gaps around the doors.
