The toilet paper, paper towels and shampoos provided were subpar. Regarding cleanliness, this was also subpar. "This place was the best! The owner Matthew personally met us and spent a lot of time talking about his property and all the area attractions! Being in the hotel business myself for over 40 years, I would highly recommended The Lofts for your stay in St.Pete Beach. The place was extremely clean, had a great location and was quiet and peaceful…but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants! Also, very clean heated pool!😎"

"Your employees were friendly, courteous. Your manager that was on when I arrived at 7:30-8:00 pm was helpful. I rated the cleanliness under par because there was a long black hair in the bathrub/shower and there were pubic hairs clearly visible on the edge of the tub. That is terrible. I did not leave a tip because of that. I usually leave tips to show appreciation for a job well done. Also, I was expecting to have WiFi and there was none."
