"When looking over the balcony all you see is over grown trees and down below is trash. The elevator was between two buildings and you had to walk to the opposite end just to get to your room. Also the beach is across the street not on the property."

He asked for a phone number, and when he couldn't find the booking under mine, he was quite arrogant; he immediately took my husband's number and completely ignored me, acting very unkindly and somewhat dismissively toward me. "Spacious accommodation, comfortable beds, great staff, great location close to both Fort Myers and Sanibel, and good breakfast. We truly enjoyed our stay and will probably stay there again."

"To be honest I had a horrible experience because my friend and I came late , the manager was rude and cursed us out , He waa very unprofessional, and because we tried to defend ourselves he threw us out qnd said he was going to call the cops , I will never stay there again."

"I visited on a holiday weekend and it was very crouded there were so many people in the pool all day and evening I didn’t get to enjoy using it . Lots of kids . The carpet needed to be replaced in the room it smelled like mold ."
