"Our unit need a lot of attention. The property has much more construction going on still - more that they explained when I called to check. Somehow we got checked in before we even arrived, which was concerning. The app for activities gives very little info and the employees don’t have any knowledge of them either- we couldn’t figure out where to go for our kayak excursion. "Very clean property and grounds, which you will see are attended to by a wonderful friendly maintenance staff. The breakfast Senoras are wonderful and the place is very clean. You will not easily locate a cleaner property. Nice balcony area, actually clean and useful. Beautiful pool area where the Peruvian gentleman cleans the tables. Beautiful water. Thank you Holiday Inn maintenance staff."

"This was an awful place to stay. Fitness center was non existent and closed but was listed as an amenity. The room was dated, old and dirty. The remote to the tv was sticky. There was mold on the shower curtain and the tvs did not work. The carpeting throughout the building was stained. I would NOT stay at this facility. "
