Checkin was an hour as they over booked our room and was trying to figure out where to put us. I think this was isolated. I had message them early on to help me celebrate my daughter’s 17th birthday with a cake and they agreed via Expedia message. We were in conversation all the way up to checkin and they ghosted me. "This has to be one of the best hotels in all of Hoi An. Not only is it very pretty to look at, but has everything you require. Location has stunning views and walkable everywhere, the room was fantastic, didn't get a chance to take one of the hotel's bikes but also available. Restaurant provides an excellent breakfast and I also had one of the best cheese sandwiches ever! Highly recommended."
