"As a paying guest of the hotel, going to the beach was a process. The hotel should have designated trams for hotel guests and not make them wait in line for 20 to 30 minutes with the rest of the crowd. Also, if you rent a cabana you should be able to have food service in the cabana. Again waiting in line for 45 min to an hour to buy food when you have paid $245 for a cabana is ridiculous. "

"Our unit need a lot of attention. The property has much more construction going on still - more that they explained when I called to check. Somehow we got checked in before we even arrived, which was concerning. The app for activities gives very little info and the employees don’t have any knowledge of them either- we couldn’t figure out where to go for our kayak excursion. "Great resort. We really enjoyed the water park. Only feedback would be is the pool water was really cold and hard to get used to, even when it was 80 drgrees out. "
