"The room was half the price of other area lodging. The room was exceptionally clean with a microwave and fridge. It’s a no frills place, minimum towels, no coffeemaker, or makeup mirror. The price was well worth forgoing a few amenities. Coffee is available right across the street. You want a great price, this is the right place."

"Beautiful room. I loved the grounds. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The views are outstanding. We visit Newport a least twice per year, so we spent most of our time at the resort this visit. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again."
