"I thought staff was wonderful, I like that they had a machine in hotel lobby to cash casino tickets. Unfortunately we left alot in casino so could be awhile before could afford to go back. Love no smoking."

"Breakfast was mediocre selection. Coffee was lukewarm. No coffee in the room at all. Staff not at all helpful. I asked for a receipt and was given a receipt for someone entirely different. I asked again in the morning, and the girl was more concerned about description of the girl that gave me the wrong receipt, and then proceeded to tell me she was unable to provide me a receipt. I would not stay again."

"The room was clean and very nice with a little kitchenette and table and chairs. The breakfast was excellent with many good choices. We did not use the pool or spa but they were indoors and beautiful. Would definitely stay again."

"The Inn is beautiful, new construction, and very comfortable. The parking is challenging, but the instructions for parking are clear, and the proprietors seem to understand the complexity-even providing aerial views to identify the parking places. We did partake of the complementary calamari appetizer at the adjacent seafood restaurant, which was very nice. Honestly, this is a posh Inn, but Gig Harbor is a high end, boutique place. "They were under a massive reconstruction and had no front lobby. The check in desk was not marked out very well, and with the hotel being understaffed, I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up and check me in. 5 minutes after getting to our room, the fire alarm went off. That's when we decided to check out and just push on through to home. They should have shut down for the duration of rebuilding the front lobby and maybe adequately staff the place."
