"Communication was outstanding. Assisting with setting up the airport transfer including luggage assistance from the City Gate to the hotel was exceptional. All aspects of our stay were excellent. It is important to note that there is no space to have open suitcases so you need to plan for that. Need to place on bed while accessing what you need. That would have been a more significant issue for us if we were staying 3 or more nights - but not for 1 or 2."

"The location is in the middle of the old town so it was very convenient location to get to the sights. Highly recommend! Be warned that there’s lots of stairs going in/out of old town. We knew this going in and had only a carry on but if you need help with luggage or have small kids this may be difficult."

"Great location but hard to find the room. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Overall it was a lovely stay. Joaquin was very helpful."

"Easy check in, place was very clean and very convenient, on check out day they took our bags for the day which was amazing. They even had a shower we could have used after the beach before heading to the airport."

"Nikolina was a fantastic host. The bnb is close to everything. There is a cool "Buza Bar" nearby where you can watch the sunset."

"The host nice. Wi-Fi is not working. The room is basic and looks clean. Wish to have a table or at least side table for the bed. We have to put phones, computer on the small chair. Bathroom will be more convenient if there is a shelf or more hanger. "

"This place isn't really a hotel. It's a self-serviced rental unit with self check-in/check-out. I would not return, primarily because of the stairs. You have to carry your luggage up 37 steps on a public street, step over a 2-step threshold through a green door into the courtyard, climb 13 steps to the second floor, and then go up 7 more steps inside the unit. That is 59 steps total. I booked through Expedia expecting a traditional hotel with staff available to drop off bags. Instead, the key...

"We had a great time at V&M. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. The room was clean, well stocked, and grounds were beautiful. The room was close to the bus stop which we used to go into Old Town a few times. I will say that the place was a bit hard to find, more directions and a small map might be helpful."

"Terrific location. Seems newly remodeled. Comfortable and clean. Great communication via text. They set up taxis for us to get there and to the airport. We were on the top floor so lots of steps but that was ok with us! Highly recommend!"
