"This is the best resort in Phuket! It’s in Thalang which is the higher end of the island. Great location and seclusion. Noey was our front desk assistant. She made our visit incredible. She was so personal and helpful. Tao helped us with our bags and we appreciated him too! Our room was phenomenal and so was the floating breakfast. Great view, comfy bed and spacious pool villa. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, all the staff were very helpful. The room we booked ended up having an ocean view, even though we only booked a deluxe king which was an added bonus. The welcome drink was also very nice after a long flight. Be prepared to either wait for a buggy to pick you up or walk up a log of hills, as the whole hotel was up and down in the hills. This did not affect us, but may do if you are handicapped. The general location of the hotel is not great if you want to...

"We received a fantastic welcome from the hotel with a champagne and the decoration on the bed that said "welcome back!" after I told the hotel staff we stayed at the same hotel long time ago. We even received an upgrade of the room. Everything was perfect and wonderful - the room, the view, pool side and roof top restaurants. My family had a wonderful stay at this place. The things that need fixing will be the flushing of the toilet and the lock on the door. Will definitely come back again."

"Good breakfast - omelette & noodle soup stations, well equipped gym, pool - slide and volley ball net = hours of entertainment for kids. No issue getting sun loungers. We went for a basic room which had a view over the pool, comfy beds & good shower. Good value for money and comfortable."
