The host greeted us warmly and gave us some great advice about dining options. The room was lovely. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet and well maintained. We will return. I would highly recommend the Meredith Inn."

"This property is clearly a cash cow for the owners. They are putting no money back into the property for repairs of rotten wood, replacement of old pillows, and maintenance of very sulfur smelling water. Prior reviews suggested the property was not well maintained, and I can agree with that for sure. We stayed here because it was close to the Guildford concert venue. If the owners want to stay in business, they need to do a major makeover of the exterior and replace rotten wood on window,...

"Just don’t even bother. No one was at the front desk when we got there. You had to call the number left on the counter to get someone. The rooms were small and dingy. The comforters had stains and cigarette burns in them. Just icky all around."
