"The staff was absolutely phenomenal - kind, helpful, and going above and beyond. The location is really convenient with the metro, shops, and food steps away. Wifi only worked in the bathroom. There were fruit flies and ants in the washroom. The street noise is quite loud. Room size was good for the price."

"Le Dauphin is wonderfully located close to Vieux Port (Old Montreal) and easily walkable to Downtown Montreal. The rooms are clean and very comfortable (best pillows ever), and the hotel is very close to the parking garage at the convention center next door. If you are there in the winter, that means you can get into the underground city (network of tunnels) in a matter of minutes and avoid walking in the cold weather. Le Dauphin is a great value and I will stay there again, for sure."

"The first room we were in was gross. The hallways had carpet that was grimy and smelled like sweaty socks. The air conditioning in the room had an odor when it kicked in The room we ended up in was cleaner than the first but had a large stain on the wall which I hope was wine!! The other option was blood. Had to ask to get room cleaned on weekend Breakfast was gross. There were 2 small elevators that were very slow. My travel companion got stuck on one of the elevators on Friday and it didn’t...
